The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) asks the question would you recommend this practice to your family and friends.
It is a way of gathering feedback, so we can continually review and develop our service. Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. We will publish the results of annual surveys online.
