How and when to access our services?
There are a number of ways to gain the medical advice or support you need. You can complete an online consultation, speak to us on the telephone or see us face to face.
If you are not well and need to be seen urgently during the day, please call us and one of the doctors will speak to you to work out what may be best. The care navigation staff are trained to ask you the nature of your call and seek additional information to make sure you are seeing the right person at the right time.
Out of hours NHS 111 is available 24/7
We would always encourage you to come to the practice where we have the facilities and staff to best support your needs. Home visits are for those patients who are housebound, or too unwell to leave the house. If you do feel you need a home visit calling us before 10.30am can help us.
Please consider seeking advice and support from your local Pharmacy who can help with a wide range of minor illnesses without needing to book an appointment.
Online consultations are open daily 7am-1pm or until capacity is met. You can request things like letters, sick notes, medication, treatment and advice. You will receive a response by the end of the next working day.
You can call to book a routine appointment if you wish to do so during working hours.
Although outgoing telephone appointments may be booked from 7.30am, our phone lines open at 8am every day.
