Aarzoo

Aarzoo has first-hand experience of working alongside people from diverse backgrounds in therapeutic care work. Her passion for helping those in need stemmed from an interest in helping tackle issues such as mental health, substance misuse and supporting wider projects in the community. She has a degree in Health Psychology, and  has been involved in research into drug and alcohol awareness in the BAME community to help raise awareness and decrease stigma around it
