The Patient Participation Group (PPG) allows patients to feedback suggestions for improvements or comments about the practice.
It is run by volunteer patients who give up a bit of time to represent patients at the surgery. A GP and the Operations Manager work alongside the PPG to meet and discuss comments, queries or feedback about the practice and its services.
