Travel Vaccinations

We currently provide the following vaccines in surgery, which may be required for travel:

  • Hepatitis A
  • Diphtheria
  • Polio
  • Tetanus
  • Typhoid

*Please note that these vaccines are all subject to availability*

We do not provide Hep B for travel or employment purposes

If you require malaria medication these are sourced from a local pharmacy or travel clinic. Malaria medication is not provided as an NHS prescription. Therefore we do not provide Malaria medication at the surgery.

For all other travel vaccines that may be required you would need to seek advice privately via a Travel clinic.

Travel clinics can offer specialist advice regarding complex travel vaccinations and are fully equipped to provide you with the most up to date travel information and best immunisation advice.

You can research your local travel clinics online, several pharmacies now offer this service.

To find out which vaccinations you require you can visit either of these websites for the latest information
