Bridget comes from a teaching background and also working to help people with weight management and encouraging a heathy lifestyle. What she loves about working as a Social Prescribing Link Worker is being able to work in a very person centered way, supporting people with a wide range of needs. She finds it rewarding to help patients with their well-being and happiness.
