Patient Participation Survey Response

Many thanks to those of you who responded to our most recent patient survey.

As always, we appreciate the time and effort you put in as we take the responses very seriously. There were 565 responses.

We always compare the results with the previous years and I’m very glad to say that the satisfaction scores with all our members of staff and health professionals across the board have all improved over the last 12 months. This, we think is in part due to the new triage system via e-consults which means you usually hear back very quickly with advice from a GP or an urgent or routine appointment. There were still some improvements suggested, such the telephone appointment system  but we are working on this.

We do appreciate and welcome the smaller minor suggestions for improvements which the patient participation group will continue to review. Many thanks to you all who have helped us to continue to improve our services.
