NHS app can be set up and link with your records at the practice to enable you to review notes and results.
To be able to access the online prescription facility you will need to have an individual access and an ID code. To gain access to this, please call into surgery with a form of ID where a member of our reception team will be able to set this up for you.
All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password
Online services are protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.
